At Winestopic, we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. To qualify for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • The item must be in resellable condition and not have been worn, used, or damaged in any way.
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included in the return.

1.2 Timeframe for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your item, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a return.

1.3 Proof of Purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

For your convenience, we have outlined certain items that are non-returnable. These items are excluded from our return and refund process:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or worn will not be eligible for return.

2.2 Personalized and Custom Items

  • Personalized items, including custom-engraved watches, cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2.3 Damaged or Worn Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria and you wish to initiate a return, follow the steps below:

Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during the return shipping process. Please use a trackable shipping service for returns, as Winestopic is not responsible for lost returns.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item).
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted for non-defective returns. You will be notified of any applicable restocking fees before you return your item.
